What is Dance Trance? Dance Trance is a dance fitness class that uses choreographed routines to popular radio play songs to give you an amazing work-out! We utilize a wide variety of dance styles in our routines- ballet, jazz, modern/contemporary, hip hip and Latin - and play songs you're hearing on the radio -- so there really is something in every class for everyone! DT F'burg classes are 75 minutes and include step-by-step breakdown of 2-3 routines plus hi-cardio, so you work up a serious sweat. So...what are you waiting for??? Come dance with us!!
